Doha: Lulu Hypermarkets issued additional guidelines for shoppers to further deepen the already implemented social distance policy. 

Other than maintaining two-metre distance principle, Lulu Hypermarkets moves towards pre-packed vegetables, fruits, roastery, cheese, meat and bakery etc as a measure to discourage the purchase through serve over counters.  

Mohamed Althaf, Director of Lulu Hypermarkets, said, “We will take all measures to ensure the quality of vegetables that customers can buy it with confidence and trust”.  

He also added that from yesterday onwards essential items will be made available in multiple locations of the store to avoid crowding up.  

The management anticipates that the aforesaid further guidelines will supplement the strong measures that they had implemented in the beginning to ensure safety and wellness of its customers and employees alike.
